NNDC functions through three (3) Directorates as follows:
An Executive Director heads each of these Directorates while the Group Managing Director oversees the entire day-to-day operations of the company.
1. INVESTMENT SUPERVISION DIRECTORATE
The directorate is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation and management of NNDC’s investments in various sectors of the economy, both quoted and non-quoted.
2. MANAGEMENT SERVICES DIRECTORATE
The directorate is responsible for the performance of all functions/services in support of Group operations. These services include general administrative services; human resources management, financial and accounting functions and services in support of company operations - general accounting, budgetary planning & control, debt management & credit control, treasury management, tax planning and compliance as well as financial planning and strategy.
3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CORPORATE PLANNING DIRECTORATE
The directorate provides strategic direction to the Group by helping management to develop and monitor implementation of medium and long-term plans to achieve sustainable growth and profitability by the Group. It is involved in the conceptualization, investigation, analysis, evaluation, negotiation, planning, financing, development, management and integration of new businesses and ventures, economic industry and market studies, research, analysis and forecasts.
