Malam Lamis Shehu Dikko has over 25 years full time working experience and a further 13 year part time Directorship experiences in the Financial Sector.

                  Mr. Dikko received his first Degree from Queen Mary College University of London where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He is a Graduate of the Harvard Business School's Programme for Management Development.

                  He started his career at the Kaduna State Radio as Producer of News and Current Affairs, from where he moved to the Nigerian Standard Newspaper as Sub-Editor. He lectured briefly at College of Advanced Studies, Zaria before joining Habib Nigeria Bank.

                  He joined Intercity Bank PLC in 1998 as General Manager and served as its Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2005. He was a Non-Executive Director at Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, Legacy Pension Managers Limited and has also served on the Board of Enterprise Bank Limited. He was Chairman, Legacy Pension Managers (PFA) Ltd, Eterna Plc and Backbone Connectivity Network (Nigeria) Limited.

                  He was Executive Director, Commercial Banking at Unity Bank Plc and later Chairman of the Board. He served on the Governing Council of the defunct Nigeria Stock Exchange as well as the Boards of several private and public sector companies.

                  He was the Chairman of the Infrastructure Bank Plc. and currently the Chairman of One 17 Capital Management Services Ltd.,One17 Financial Services Ltd. and New Nigeria Development Company (NNDC) Ltd.

Mr. Dikko is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Directors and a Member of the Governing Council.

He is married with 4 adult children.

MUSTAPHA Sifa’u Abeke was born on 5th June, 1968 in Ilorin, Kwara State. Sifa’u is a 2004 graduate of Kaduna Polytechnic where she obtained a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies. She is a consummate administrator with strong organizational skill horned in both the public and private sectors. In addition, she has over two decades experience covering general administration, sales, marketing, real estate, energy, maritime and business development.

In the course of her career, Sifa’u has worked in different Companies including Hotline Publishing Company (1992 - 1995), Umma Properties Nigeria Limited (1995 – 1996), and the defunct National Electric Power Authority (1996 - 2004). From 2014 – 2017, she served as an Executive Assistant to Senator Khairat Gwadabe (Chairman, Senators’ Forum). Sifa’u currently serves as the Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer, Seven Sea Savannah Limited.

DALANG Luka Dajwar, who hails from Mangu, Plateau State, is a trained accountant, securities, investment and financial inclusion expert. He holds a B.Sc. Accounting and master’s degrees (MBA) in Finance of the University of Jos and Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi respectively.Mr. Danang’s professional training exposure include attending an executive Certification in Training of Trainers (ToT) on CBN Microfinance Operations & Development in collaboration with Social Enterprise Development Partnerships (SEDPI), Philippines at the Ateneo De Manila University, Philippines and Vaughn Sterling Associates, Pretoria, South Africa Certification On-The-Job Training and Couching on Enterprise-Wide Risk Management.

He is also a member of several local and international professional organizations which include the Member, Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment(MCISI) UK, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Lagos, Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management of Nigeria, Global Risk Professionals, (GARP), Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Lagos (CPIN), Fellow of the National Institute of Credit  Administration, (NICA),Lagos  and an authorized dealing Clerk and Licensed Broker at the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange (LCFE),  anda certified and accredited Trainer with CBN, World Bank, AfDB, CIBN, GiZ, SMEDAN, IFAD\ RUFIN & Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN).

He has over 33 years in-depth and practical work experience with result – driven outputs in Business Development and Corporate and investment Banking Transactions, Securities and Investment Portfolio Management and other related Capital Market transactions, Financial Inclusion, Enterprise Risk Management, International Business Financing, Credit Sourcing and Administration, Financial Advisory Services, Pension Funds Management and Administration stemmed from  works in several commercial and merchant banks, Pension Fund Administrators (PFA) as risk manager, pension funds administrator and investment analyst. Luka has vast experience and exposure in strategic policy formulation, research and development plans, has been engaged actuarial valuation projects, agricultural and agro-logistic studies, advisory and capacity buildings in agricultural enterprise developments, several  baseline and feasibility studies for strategic  development plan(SDP) projects  with several  NGOs, INGOs,  federal and state governments (MDAs), institutions,  at the Central Bank of Nigeria, (CBN), Bank of Agriculture (BoA), Nigeria Export-Import Bank (NEXIM), North East Development Commission, Nigeria Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and international donor agencies (IDAs) and development partners that include the World Bank, African Development Bank (AfDB), International Funds for Agricultural Development (IFAD), French, Gesellchaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GiZ)assisted projects and programmes with attendant impactful testimonies of gilt-edge  deliverables.

Mohammed Kari was born in1959, in Bauchi. He had his primary and secondary education in Bauchi and pursued higher education at Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria from 1977 to 1979, Glasgow College of Technology in Glasgow, UK (now Caledonian University) from 1981 to 1984, and University of Central England in Birmingham, UK (now Birmingham City University) from 2001 to 2002. He also attended Learning Tree International Institute in London, UK, in 2004 and numerous hands-on management training and courses around the world.

Mallam Mohammed’s professional career includes working at Royal Exchange Assurance (Kano Branch) from 1979 to 1981, Yankari Insurance Company (Head Office) from 1984 to 1989, Niger Insurance Plc. (Head Office) from 1989 to 1992 (Executive Director), Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation from 1992 to 1993 (Managing Director), NICON Insurance Corporation from 1993 to 2000 (Managing Director), Unity Kapital Assurance Plc from 2007 to 2011 (Managing Director), Arit Solutions Ltd/Arit Consult from 2000 to 2007 and 2011 to 2013 (Managing Consultant), and National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) from 2013 to 2019 (Deputy Commissioner Technical and Commissioner/CEO).

He has held various representations, including being a pioneer trustee of the NNDC/YPDS, member of NIC Properties Ltd., Chairman of NICON Trustees Ltd., Chairman of NlCON Hotels Ltd., Chairman of NICON NOGA Hilton Hotel, NICON Hilton Hotel, (now Transcorp Hilton), Chairman of Niger Insurance Plc., member of NAL Merchant Bank Plc., Chairman of Inland Container (Nig) Ltd., Chairman of Bauchi Investment Corporation, member ofAfrica Reinsurance Corporation, and member of Globe Reinsurance Company.

He has obtained several qualifications, including, Diploma in Insurance, ACII, ACIIN, FCIIN, FNCRIB, Chartered Insurer, MBA (Information Management), and IT Management Certified Professional.

Mohammed holds the traditional title of Wazirin Bauchi.

Dr. Salamatu Hussaini Suleiman is a distinguished diplomat and a Legal Practitioner with over 43 years Post-Call experience. She was born on 27th October, 1960 and hails from Kebbi State. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and also holds a Master of Laws Degree from London School of Economics & Political Science, University of London, England.

From 1997-2001, Dr. Salamatu Hussaini Suleiman served as Secretary/Legal Adviser of Aluminum Smelter Company of Nigeria (ALSCON). She also served as Secretary and Director, Legal Services of the Securities and Exchange Commission. In 2008, she was appointed as Honourable Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Federal Republic of Nigeria, and later, Minister of State Foreign Affairs from 2010 to 2011.  Between 2012 – 2016, she served as Commissioner, Political Affairs, Peace and Security at the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission. Dr. Salamatu Hussaini Suleiman is currently the Chairperson, National Human Rights Commission, a member of the ECOWAS Council of the Wise, and serves as a Non Executive Director/Trustee on the Boards of some public and private organisations.

Sabiu Sani Ismaila was born in September, 1968 in Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna State. He is a seasoned agricultural economist and an accomplished banker. He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Master’s Degree, Business Administration (MBA) from same institution.

Over the course of his career, Sabiu Sani has served in many capacities. From 2011 to 2015, he worked with Unity Bank Plc where he headed many Units and Departments. Between 2016 - 2017, he served as Executive Secretary Kaduna State Industrialization & Micro Credit Management Board. In 2017, he was appointed Executive Secretary, Kaduna State Investment Promotion Agency. He also served as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Kaduna State. He is currently, a Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Kaduna State on Investment Promotion.

Shehu Usman Mai-Bornu is the current Group Managing Director (GMD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the New Nigeria Development Company Limited (NNDC).

He has a Bachelor of Science (Accountancy) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maiduguri and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria respectively.

He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) and the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria (CIoD).

For over three decades at the NNDC, he has held various management positions (both at the NNDC Corporate Headquarters and its subsidiary companies) in finance and accounts, audit, administration, business development and strategy. He has served as the Managing Director of New Capital Properties Limited, a subsidiary company of NNDC. He was also the Head of Business Development & Corporate Planning Directorate at the NNDC Corporate Headquarters.

He has served on the boards of some subsidiary and associate companies in the NNDC Group such as the Zamfara Textile Industries Limited, New Nigeria Construction Company, Nigerian Beverages Production Company Limited, Newdevco Investments & Securities Company Limited, and NNIL Commercial Company Limited. He is currently on the boards of Northern Cable Processing & Manufacturing Company Limited (NOCACO), New Capital Properties Limited and NLPC Pension Fund Administrators Limited.

Prior to joining the NNDC Group in 1993, Shehu Mai-Bornu started his full working career at Nortex Nigeria Limited, Kaduna in 1986, and later moved to the Nigerian Agricultural & Cooperative Bank Limited (now Bank of Agriculture Limited) in 1987 serving in the Finance and Inspection Departments at the Corporate Headquarters of the Bank as well as the Bauchi Area Office.

Khalil Alhassan Hamzat’s experience in public service has spanned close to three decades of unbroken years of service.

He started his professional career in January 1992 after a completion of one (1) mandatory service in NNDC Limited. Over the years, his commendable performance earned him promotions from a Junior Investment Executive to Senior and Principal Investment Executive respectively.

As his professional growth continued steadily, he got elevated to managerial position as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Deputy General Manager (DGM) respectively.  He traversed virtually all Units, Departments, Directorates and Subsidiaries within NNDC Group in the course of building his career at different levels.

He was appointed as the Head, Investment Supervision Directorate (ISD) of the Group, a responsibility he held for close to four years before he was confirmed as a substantive Executive Director while heading the ISD, he also acted as the Executive Director, Business Development and Corporate Planning for many years.

As an Investment Executive charged with the responsibility of monitoring and supervision of NNDC’s investments in both quoted and non-quoted companies with a view to ensuring their profitability and meeting set goals. At present, he is the Executive Director, Management Services Directorate. He had the opportunity to represent NNDC on the Boards of some companies under his supervision.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Bayero University, Kano and has attended foreign and local courses among which include Top Executive Leadership Programme, an International Workshop on Best Practices in the Evaluation of SMEs Credit, Investment Banking Workshop by African Development Bank Group, Project Management and Cost Management Programme at Nigerian Institute of Management and so on.

Khalil hails from Bida, Niger State and was born over 50 years ago. He hopes to deploy his wealth of experience as an astute public servant who understands the internal workings of the Company to transforming the Group in consonance with contemporary global best practices of a Development Financial Institution (DFI).

Abdulkareem Mohammed Sani, FCA, ACCA was born on October 12,1969 in Biu Local Government Area of Borno State. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy in 1994 from the University of Maiduguri and a Master of Business Administration in 2002 from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He qualified in the November 1998 Diet of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and was admitted as an Associate in the year 1999. He was elevated as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in the year 2010. He enrolled and passed the qualifying examinations of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and was admitted as a Member in the year 2014. His areas of specialization include Corporate Reporting, Financial Management, Taxation, Auditing, General Management, Mergers and acquisition.

He worked in other organizations which included Yobe State Water Board, Adetona Isichie & Co and Quartz Technological Ventures Limited Prior to his employment in NNDC in the year 2001..within the NNDC group he virtually worked in most of the Subsidiary Companies which included Kaduna Hotels Company Limited, New Capital Properties Limited and Arewa Hotels Limited this gave him an opportunity to know the challenges of these Companies. In the Corporate headquarters, he headed the Group Internal Audit, Finance & Accounts and the Musa Bello Learning Resources Centre. He also worked in the Investment Supervision Directorate. He headed the Management Services Directorate of New Nigeria Development Company Limited which comprises of Personnel, Maintenance, Finance and Musa Bello Learning Resource Centre for close to four years before he was confirmed as the Executive Director to head the Directorate. He is at present, the Executive Director, Investment Supervision Directorate and also he is acting Executive Director, Business Development & Corporate Planning. He seats on the Boards of some Companies.

He is married with children.
