Drake & Scull
The company was incorporated on 18th January, 1962 as Drake & Scull Gorham Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Drake & Scull Engineering Limited, United Kingdom. In 1967, the name was changed to Drake & Scull (Nigeria) Limited. In 1977, following the indigenization Decree, 60% of the company’s shares were acquired by Nigerians.
NNDC at that time acquired 25%. In 1991, NNDC consolidated its holding by acquiring 67.16% in the company.. In 1977 NNDC became involved in the company and subsequently consolidated its holding to 67.16%.
The company provides engineering (electrical, mechanical and air conditioning) services.
